Singles' Ministries

Singles' C-Groups
(Community Groups)
C-Groups are the primary method we use to connect people in regular, small group meetings for the purpose of developing and practicing a culture of Authentic Biblical Community. A typical singles' C-Group has between 3 and 12 single persons. The group meets at least twice per month. In a typical C-Group, you will find friendship, support, and others to grow with. Short-Term Studies

Every January thru March and August thru October we schedule a variety of Short-Term Studies (usually 6-12 weeks) that focus on topics of interest for various life-stage and affinity groups. Listed below are a few of the offerings specifically geared for singles. DivorceCare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences. Don't go through separation or divorce alone.

Changes that Heal Discussion Group
This book discussion group focuses on four developmental tasks -- bonding to others, separating from others, integrating good and bad in our lives, and taking charge of our lives -- that all of us must accomplish to heal our inner pain and to enable us to function and grow emotionally and spiritually.

Boundaries
(When to YES, When to say NO, To take Control of Your Life)
Having clear boundaries is essential to a healthy, balanced, God-honoring lifestyle. A boundary is a personal property line that marks those things for which we are responsible. In other words, boundaries define who we are and who we are not. Boundaries impact all areas of our lives: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

New Start 4 Single Moms
New Start 4 Single Moms is a 12-week program of Bible Study and practical tools that helps divorced, widowed, or never-married mothers of all ages and backgrounds to explore potential, meet daily challenges, build peaceful homes, and to accomplish dreams with confidence.
